参加登録の申し込みを開始しました！
WordPressあんまりわからないけど、これから始めてみようかなーという方、すでに仕事でめちゃくちゃ活用してるよーというユーザーの方、デザイナーの方、もちろん開発者の方も！たくさんの方のご参加お待ちしてます！

Attendee registration was opened!
We welcome everyone, such as people who is interested in WordPress, WordPress users, designers, developers, and so on!

参加登録方法 / How to join the event

1日目のコントリビューターデイ及び、2日目のセッションデイにはそれぞれチケットのお申し込みが必要です。
会場の大きさに限りがありますので、参加者が定員に達した場合は、チケットの申し込み受付を終了します。
お早めにお申し込みください。

Separate tickets are required for Day 1 (Contributor Day), Day 2 (After Party), and Day 2 (Session Day). We will close the application when the number of applicants reaches the quota. We recommend to do the registration as soon as possible.

• 参加登録の際のお名前はニックネームなどの本名以外でも OK です
• 小学生以下の方はチケットは不要です
• 中学生、高校生のかたは学生チケットを入手し、受付で学生証または年齢が確認できるものを提示してください
• 学生証の提示ができない方は、チケット代をお支払いただきます
• 価格の単位はすべて円です。消費税を含んだ価格です
• 1日目のコントリビューターデイ、2日目のセッションデイ、懇親会のお申し込みを同時にされた場合、参加者情報についても複数箇所同時に入力していただく必要がございます（懇親会の参加者登録の入力箇所のみ年齢確認のチェックボックスがございますのでご確認ください）

• You can use a nickname on the registration name.
• Tickets are not required for elementary school students and pre-school children.
• Tickets for Student (Junior High School and High School) is free. Please bring your student ID card to the reception. 
• If you cannot provide your student ID card, you need to pay each tickets for general.
• Unit of all prices are Japanese yen (tax included).
• You need to enter information for each tickets; Day 1 (Contributor Day), Day 2 (After Party), and Day 2 (Session Day). In case of After Party, there is the age verification regarding alcoholic drinks.

懇親会について / After Party

12/7(土)のセッションデイ終了後に、立食形式の懇親会を予定しています。
こちらにご参加いただくためには、別途懇親会チケットへのお申込みが必要となります。

The after party will be held after all sessions are closed on 7th December, 2019 (Saturday). The attendees will enjoy a food served buffet style. To join the after party, please get the ticket of Day 2 (After Party).

登録情報について / Attendee Information

• 登録情報(参加者情報)は、お名前とご自身が入力したメールアドレスに紐づく Gravatar (グラバター)が参加者一覧に表示されます。
• 入力必須の項目は、お名前とメールアドレスのみです。
• 任意回答項目のうち、Twitter アカウントと Web サイト URL は参加者一覧に表示されますが、それ以外は WordCamp Osaka の統計のために使われるものであり、公開されることはありません。ご協力いただける場合には回答をお願いします。
• チケット申し込みの際のお名前はニックネームなどの本名以外でも OK です。
• 参加者情報はメールに記載されているチケットの URL から変更可能です。

• Gravatar linked by your name and email address is displayed to the attendee list on the web site.
• Required items are only your name and email address.
• Twitter account and URL (optional) are displayed to the attendee list on the web site. The information of any other optional items are only used for the statistics of WordCamp Osaka. They are not never published. When you only agree our policy, please fill in optional items.
• You can use a nickname on the registration name.
• You can modify your attendee information. In detail, please see the registration email.

決済方法 / Payment method

Stripeを利用したクレジットカード決済によるお支払い / We accept the credit card payment by Stripe.

PayPal を利用したクレジットカード決済によるお支払い / We accept the credit card payment by PayPal.

PayPal アカウントを持ちでない場合 / If you don’t have PayPal account, Please sign up PayPal account, first.

PayPal アカウントをお持ちでない方は、申し込みフォームで必要情報を入力後、そのまま [ 支払いをする -> ] をクリックしてください。 PayPal のログイン画面に切り替わりますので [ カードで支払う ] をクリックしてクレジットカード情報および PayPal に登録する情報を入力してください。PayPal にご登録いただくと決済に進めます。

クレジットカードや PayPal のご利用が難しい場合

恐れ入りますが、WordCamp のチケットシステム上 PayPal を利用したクレジットカード決済によるお支払いのみとなっております。ご不便をお掛けしますがプリペイド Visa などで代用をお願いいたします。

プリペイドカードでの参加登録の流れ

コンビニに行って【VISA V-プリカギフト】を購入。

1. Ｖプリカギフトにアクセス
2. ページ右上の【Vプリカギフト】をクリック
3. カード裏面のスクラッチ部を削って【認証番号】と【カード番号】を確認
4. 入力画面でＶプリカギフト利用規約に同意し、カード裏面の【認証番号】と【カード番号下4桁】を入力
5. 確認画面でカード番号、有効期限、セキュリティコードなどが表示されるのでメモ
6. 登録完了後、PayPal にアクセス
7. 右上の【新規登録】をクリック
8. 画面から必要情報を登録
9. カード登録の際にカード裏面の【カード番号】、メモをしておいた【有効期限】【セキュリティコード】を入力

あとはWordCamp Osaka 2019 のサイトにアクセスし、チケットを購入します。
カード登録時に当該の番号を入力してください。

決済がうまくいかない、失敗してしまった場合 / Payment is failure or cannot pay

• 決済時に入力したクレジットカード情報に誤りがあるか、残高不足などの理由で決済が行われなかった可能性があります。ご自身の PayPal アカウントや、クレジットカード情報をもう一度ご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。
• ご自身のインターネットの接続状況や、システムエラーにより、決済が正常に行われないケースがあります。恐れ入りますが、少し時間をおいてから改めてチケットの申し込みをお願いいたします。

Please check the credit card information on the PayPal or the balance of the credit card.
If the payment cannot be progressed, please wait a while and try again. It takes for a while until your attendee information is displayed on the web site.
If you want to confirm your registration, please contact us by the contact form. Please fill in the registration name and email address on the contact form.

※参加申し込み後に参加者一覧に表示されるまでは、登録から数分〜数十分のタイムラグがあります。

※チケットの申し込みが完了しているか不安な場合、申し込みしたはずなのにチケットの申し込み完了メールが届かない場合は、スタッフが申し込み状況をお調べしますので運営までお問い合わせください。

※お問い合わせの際は、 お申し込み時の入力したお名前と、メールアドレスを明記していただけますと助かります。
入力情報に確信がない場合は、入力したと思われるものを記載してください。

キャンセル・返金について / Cancel and Refund

キャンセルは、11月15日（土）以降は受け付けておりません。ご了承ください。
Ticket cancellations will not be accepted after Saturday, November 15th. Please note.

有料チケット / Paid Tickets

キャンセルされる場合は、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
If you want to cancel, please contact us from the inquiry form.

パーカーの郵送はありません。原則会場での手渡しです。
期日までにキャンセルされなかった場合はお問い合わせください。

The hoodie will be handed over at the venue. If you won’t cancel by the deadline, please contact us.

無料チケット（クーポンコードを使用しての無料も含む）/ Free tickets including coupon

Free tickets cannot be canceled yourself due to the registration system. please contact us by the contact form.

学生チケットでお申込みいただいた方や、当日スタッフ向けのクーポンで無料になった場合や、1日目のコントリビュータデイのチケットは、システムの仕様上、ご自身でチケットのキャンセル手続きができません。
恐れ入りますが、運営スタッフがキャンセル手続きをしますのでご連絡ください。

お子様連れの方へ / Parent-Child Participation

小学生以下の方はチケット申込不要です。
中学生、高校生の方は、セッションと懇親会に無料で参加できる、学生チケットをお申し込みください。

Tickets are not required for elementary school students and pre-school children.

If you are a student of Junior High School or High School, please select the student ticket.

当日の受付について / Reception

WordCamp Osaka 2019 に参加するためには、事前に申し込み（参加登録）が必要です。
参加登録が完了するとメールが送られてきますので、そのメールに記載されたリンク先のページをご用意ください。

Registration is needed for participating WordCamp Osaka 2019.

Please provide the your attendee page on the reception. You can confirm the page from the registration url of a receipt email sent by WordCamp Osaka 2019.

※学生チケットをお申込みの方ならびに未成年の方は、学生証または免許証・保険証など年齢の証明できるものも必要です。

If you get the student ticket, please provide your student ID card on the reception.

1. 「セッションのみ参加される方」もしくは「懇親会も参加される方」のどちらかの列に並ぶ
2. メールに記載の URL を確認
3. リンク先の名前、チケット名、購入日が表示されている画面を受付で提示
4. 懇親会も参加される方は、懇親会のチケットも同様に提示

1. Wait in line of the Session or Session&After party.
2. Present your attendee page, including the registration name, tickets, purchased date.
3. You can check the URL of your attendee page in the registration email.  
4. If you attend the after party, please present the registration email.

※スマホ以外の方はチケットを印刷してお持ちいただくか、登録時のメールアドレスを受付でお伝えください。

If you cannot present it by your digital device, please previously print out the page or inform the registration email address to the reception.

注意事項など / Note

入場時の受付時には、懇親会の参加チケットも提示してください / Please also present the ticket for after party on the reception.

2日目終了後の懇親会に参加される方は、2日目のセッションデイの受付時に、懇親会の参加チケットもご提示ください。

受付の際、「セッションのみの方」の列、「セッションと懇親会の両方に参加する方」の列、の2つに分かれます。
メールをご用意のうえ、スムーズな入場ができるようご協力ください。
操作がわからない場合は、近くのスタッフにお声がけください。

If you attend the after party, please also present the ticket for after party on the reception.

There are two lines on the reception, “Session only” and “Session & After party”.

Please wait in appropriate line and prepare the registration email and your attendee page. If you have any questions regarding them, please contact an event staff.

複数のチケットを購入した方へ / For attendees which have multiple tickets

1人で複数のチケットを購入した方は、それぞれのチケットを各日の受付時にご提示ください。

Please present each tickets for each days on the reception.

※たとえば「1日目 コントリビューターデイ」＋「2日目 セッションデイ」＋「懇親会」の3つのチケットを購入されている場合、1日目の受付時には「コントリビューターデイ」のみのチケットを、2日目の受付時には「セッション」と「懇親会」の2つのチケットを、お見せいただくことになります。
お手数をおかけしますが、よろしくお願いいたします。

Ex. In case that you have three tickets “Day 1 (Contributor Day), Day 2 (After party), and Day 2 (Session Day)”;  Day 1: You will present the tickets “Day 1 (Contributor Day) “.
  Day 2: You will present the ticket “Day 2 (Session Day)“ and “Day 2 (After party)”.

当日、直接会場に来られた場合でも、チケットが必要です/ Ticket is needed in all case!

事前にチケットを申し込まずに会場に来られた場合でも、その場でチケットを購入していただくことになります。
チケットの残り枚数を確認してお申し込みのうえ、受付へお越しください。
チケットが売り切れている場合は入場できませんので、ご了承ください。

Even if you come to the venue without any tickets, you have to get a ticket. Please keep in mind that you cannot participate if you cannot get a ticket.
