Getting a ticket!

Attendee registration was opened!
We welcome everyone, such as people who are interested in WordPress, WordPress users, designers, developers, and so on!

How to join the event

Separate tickets are required for Day 1 (Session Day), Day 1 (After Party), and Day 2 (Contributor Day). We will close the application when the number of applicants reaches the quota. We recommend to do the registration as soon as possible!

You can use a nickname on the registration name.
Tickets are not required for elementary school students and pre-school children.
Tickets for Student (Junior High School and High School) is free. Please bring your student identity card or certificate for your age to the reception.
If you cannot present it, you need to pay each tickets.
Unit of all prices are Japanese yen (tax included).
You need to enter information for each tickets; Day 1 (Session Day), Day 1 (After Party), and Day 2 (Contributor Day). In case of After Party, there is the age verification regarding alcoholic drinks.
Deadline for Micro Sponsor is on May 1st, 2018. The tickets include the tickets of Day 1 (Session), Day 1 (After party), the special T-shirts, and the view of your icon and name (linked) on the footer of the web site.

After Party

The after party will be held after all sessions are closed on June 2nd (Sat), 2018. The attendees will enjoy a food served buffet style. To join the after party, please get the ticket of Day 1 (After Party).

Attendee Information

Gravatar linked by your name and e-mail address is displayed on the attendee list of the web site.
Required items are only your name and e-mail address.
Twitter account and URL (optional) are displayed on the attendee list of the web site. The information of any other optional items only use for the statistics of WordCamp Osaka 2018. They are not never published. When you only agree our policy, please fill in optional items.
You can use a nickname on the registration name.
You can modify your attendee information. In detail, please see the registration e-mail.

Payment method

We only accept the credit card payment by PayPal.
Please sign up PayPal account, first.

Payment is failure or cannot pay

Please check the credit card information on the PayPal or the balance of the credit card.
If the payment cannot be progressed, please wait a while and try again.
It takes for a while until your attendee information is displayed on the web site.

Please fill in the registration name and e-mail address on the contact form.

Cancel and Refund

Paid Tickets

See a receipt e-mail from WordCamp Osaka 2018.
Click the link for the refund request (返金をリクエスト) is included in the receipt e-mail.
Input refund reason in “返金理由” box.
Check on “I’m agree the notice (上記の条件に同意します)”.
Notice: The refund process takes for several days. All tickets will be canceled. Partial refund is not possible. Refunds to non purchasers are not allowed.
Click “Send Request （リクエストを送信）” button.

Deadline of Cancel

Ticket with T-shirts : Until May 6th, 2018 (JST)
Ticket without T-shirts : Until June 1st, 2018 (JST)

Free tickets including a coupon

Free tickets cannot be canceled yourself due to the registration system.

Parent-Child Participation

Tickets are not required for elementary school students and pre-school children.
If your child is a student of Junior High School or High School, please select the student ticket for the child.

Reception

Registration is needed for participating WordCamp Osaka 2018.
Please check the registration e-mail and your attendee page on the web site.
In case of minor, we will require your identity card, such as a student identity card, a driver’s license, an insurance card, a passport, and so on.

Wait in line of the Session or Session&After party.
Present your attendee page, including the registration name, tickets, purchased date.
You can check the URL of your attendee page in the registration e-mail.If you cannot present it by your digital device, please previously print out the page or inform the registration e-mail address to the reception.
If you attend the after party, please present the registration e-mail.

There are two lines on the reception, “Session only” and “Session&After party”.
Please wait in appropriate line and prepare the registration e-mail and your attendee page. If you have any questions regarding them, please contact an event staff.

For attendees which have multiple tickets

Please present each tickets for each days.
Ex. In case that you have three tickets “Day 1 (Session), Day 1 (After party), and Day 2 (Contributor Day)”;

Day 1: You will present the tickets “Day 1 (Session) and Day 1 (After party)”.
Day 2: You will present the ticket “Day 2 (Contributor Day)”

Ticket is needed in all case!

Even if you come to the venue without any tickets, you have to pay a ticket. Please keep in mind that you cannot participate if you cannot get a ticket. Because we will close the application when the number of applicants reaches the quota.
